CrashShop's pioneering studio website of the early 2000s was among the first to explore bringing rich, desktop-application-class interactivity onto the web. After a shakeup of the original studio partners, the remaining principal set out to push CrashShop's website to the next frontier of the web.
I collaborated on the concept and design and led development of the overhauled CrashShop website—combining video, animation, sound effects, shadow, draggable translucent windows, changeable background wallpapers, and whole host of hidden features to create an unforgettable, tastefully maximalist, immersive web experience.
